What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am .
If you will be arriving after 10:00 pm please contact us in advance to make arrangements for an after hours check-in.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

No, we maintain a smoke/vape free property. Smoking in our rooms, patios, rooftop terrace and common outdoor areas is prohibited and will result in a smoking fee of $250.
Do the rooms have high speed/wifi internet access?

Yes, all of guest rooms and glamping domes have free high speed fiber wifi internet.

How do I get to the Hotel?

Skyview Hotel is located at 876 West SR 24 in Torrey, Utah.
How close are you to Capitol Reef National Park?

Skyview Hotel is approximately 12 miles (15 minutes driving) to Capitol Reef National Park Visitor Center.
We are approximately 6 miles to the park entrance (10 minutes driving).
Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, we provide complimentary onsite parking for all our guests.
Do you allow for oversize vehicles and motorhomes?

Yes, we have an a oversize vehicle section in our parking lot available on a first come first serve basis.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

If you made a reservation using a third party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

The minimum age for check in is 18.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 7 days before arrival, 3pm local hotel time. The cost of the first night's stay plus tax will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival without exception. We would expect our valued guests to have taken out normal and appropriate travel insurance to cover any loses should they be unable to travel. Removing days from a stay outside our cancellation window or while already in-house will not be refunded.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?

A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in.
Do you have an early departure fee?

Do you have ADA rooms?

Are pets allowed? Are there any restrictions?

The hotel is pet friendly and only allows for well behaved dogs. Limit one dog per room. Dogs may not be left unattended.
Is there a pet fee?

Yes, a one time non-refundable pet fee of $65.00 is required at check-in. Additional cleaning and damages charges may be assessed.
A portion of our assessed pet fee goes to support Color Country Animal Welfare, a local non-profit serving the pet population of Wayne County, Utah.
We ask that you please inform us prior to arrival that you will be traveling with your pet. A pet waiver must be completed at check-in.
Are pets allowed on the rooftop deck?

No, for the safety of your pet and that of our other guests pets are not permitted on our rooftop terrace.
